- Students are not required to wait until their regular library class time to return, check out, or renew books.
- Students may visit the library with their teacher's permission during open check-out times.

- Books are loaned on a weekly basis but may be renewed.
- The number of books students check out varies from class to class and from student to student. Typically, most students check out up to 2 books per visit.
- Books are due each week on the student's check-out day. Overdue books may limit additional checkouts.
Lost Books
- No fines are assessed for late books.
- If a book is lost, the library will notify the parents of the title and cost of the book.
- If the book is found and returned in good condition prior to the end of the school year, a refund will be made to the parent.
Damaged Books
- It is the student's responsibility to report any existing damages at or shortly after the time of check out.
- If a book is damaged after being checked out, the library will notify the parent of the cost of the book's repair or replacement.
